Privacy Policy

MarktMind is a real estate intelligence product operated by GZ PropTech Inc., a Florida corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the MarktMind marketing website and forms, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you request a sample report or comparable sales, ask to be contacted, subscribe for updates, or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, property interests, and other details you choose to provide.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser information, the page and referring URL, and the time of a request.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and deliver requested sample reports or comparable-sales information
• Provide MarktMind updates and related communications
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and its forms
• Detect spam, fraud, and automated abuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Email and contact management

Form submissions may be stored in Google Cloud and sent to our team by email. We may also add or update your contact in Brevo so we can respond to your request and, where appropriate, send MarktMind updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages or by contacting us.

4. Bot protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile in Invisible mode to distinguish people from bots and protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited technical signals, such as IP address and browser characteristics, for this security purpose.

Cloudflare describes this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Cloudflare’s general Privacy Policy also applies to its services.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We group them into categories and ask for your choice the first time you visit:

• Strictly necessary (always on): keep the site secure, protect our forms from automated abuse, and remember your cookie choice in a cookie named mm_cookie_consent for up to 6 months. We also use your browser’s session storage to remember, during a single visit, that you have already seen the opening animation and page transitions; it is cleared when you close the tab.
• Analytics (off until you opt in): if we use an analytics service such as Google Analytics, it sets cookies like _ga and _ga_* to measure how the site is used. We review this information in aggregate.
• Marketing (off until you opt in): only offered if we run advertising measurement, such as Meta (_fbp) or Google Ads (_gcl_*).

Optional cookies are not set until you accept them. “Reject all” is always as easy as “Accept all”, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings, also linked in the site footer. Withdrawing consent deletes the related cookies we can access.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.

The site’s code, fonts, and libraries are served from our own hosting, so loading a page does not send your information to third-party content networks. The exceptions are the security and form services described in this policy.

6. Service providers

We use service providers to host the site, process forms, deliver email, manage contacts, and prevent abuse. These include Google Cloud and Firebase, Brevo, our email provider, and Cloudflare. They process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain business and security records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. To make a request, email activate@getzelling.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
